Alice will most definitely be making an appearance and hopefully, this leads onto the Luther movie that Idris has been wanting to do. This, next to Hustle has been the best show that the BBC has produced.

Think I watched the first three series

When the first main dude left I think I lost interest.

Idris is a big reason why luther was amazing. Hes a great actor that commands the screen. He owns the role.

Itll be hard for anybody to fill his shoes and justify a remake.

Besides that, network tv sucks. This isnt HBO doing a remake where people would give it more of a chance.

Netwirk tv means its going to stretched out to probably 22 episodes. Loaded with filler. And the acting/production values on network tv is shyt in general. Fox especially. Gotham is garbage water.

Reports have said he is not currently planning to take on the role.. or he is not likely to.
