Man, Buk killed his verse on Chopper. Lupe putting him on the album is such a good look. Just hearing his voice takes me back in time.
Buk dropped a dope ass album "The Deep End" last year.

So I think we can ALL agree that there are only two MC's with the capacity to create a better album this year. Nas & K.Dot.
I don't think the current nas can create a better album. 10 years ago I would agree with you.
LIG is mediocre Nas doesnt have it in him to compete with the younger legends
*listens to Bye Baby*
Look how offbeat this nikka Nas is on the 3rd verse
Im sorry it is...the lyricism wasnt great
I'm a huge nas stan and I just don't think he has that fire anymore. maybe he will make a untitled 2.0 and surprise meWhy you choose to embarass yourself is beyond me.
Im sorry it is...the lyricism wasnt great
The beats were decent
The concept of the album plus songs and the way he tackled em werent groundbreaking
Nikka had some of the worst hooks in that mufcka
The flows he used on the album werent exciting nor diverse enough to hold my attention
Nikkaz wont call it mediocre cuz its nas and nas dikkriders is all over this board..but to most regular hip hop listeners that album came and went and was an afterthought
For some reason I felt the chill on that chopper record. I was like through out the record. For some reason it felt like gangsta shyt from stankonia. Need a remix with OutKast, Run The Jewels, and Black HippyI actually think this shyt is made for someone like Bun B to spit on. I think an extended version with Bun B, Hov, Killer Mike and 3000 would be crazy.
