If my cousin, Kallisto has beats on it, you may be right.
That's your cousin? I can never tell with your sense of humour.

Nas is great though breh. He's not Lupe but he doesn't have to be. It's okay to be Larry Bird not everyone has it in them to be Jordan with the pen game.
Yea I definately put this up there with the first 2.I'm going as far to say this is Lupe's best album since Food & Liquor.
Mane, This nikka really came through with very thorough production and it's composition is very movie like.
It's my 2nd fave Lu album. The Cool now ranks his 3rd best if anything. HUGE improvement over Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album and Lasers.
Thank you Lu Da God.
Wait wait JUST a minute breh I CANNOT allow you to disrespect the GOAT Nasir with that Larry Bird analogy even though I know it's not coming from that way of thinking. Lupe himself has called Nas the supreme MC. The reason he raps is because of Nas. His favorite album is It Was Written. He wrote an essay and posted it online about how and why Nas is the greatest.
If anything Nas would be Jordan and Lupe would be a Kobe/Lebron hybrid.
Yea I definately put this up there with the first 2.
Random thought: I just gotta say this. Remember when Rap God from Eminem came out 2yrs ago? A lot of people (even me) was going crazy over Em's flows. How he was constantly switching it up and all? And all these Em fans started saying that's why he's the best nobody can match him blah blah blah. Ima Em fan but dude said a bunch of nothing on Rap God and everybody praised him.
Then I listen to Mural and I see Lupe do the same thing except the beat is more laid back but just as intense. I see Lupe switch up flows match bar after bar becoming more creative and complex as he goes along. Having so many metaphors flowing with each line. Don't get me wrong Em had the intensity and excitement going on in Rap God. But Lupe just had that consistent sharp flow. That gets deeper the more u get into the track.
Not that I'm just realizing black rappers constantly do what Em do in their sleep. And don't get compared or praised for it. This isn't a knock on Em but people who just blantly over hype shyt because a white rapper did it. Like I said I have all of Em's albums. Tech N9ne does Em justice like it's a daily chore. But he'll never get recognised for it.
Nas = Jordan
Lupe = Stephon Marbury
Mural needs its own thread
