How many of these kats claiming everyone who doesn't vote a clown even know why they are truly voting. Not one of them know Obama's Policies but vote him in cause he is black.

All you people shytting on Lupe for expressing his views on voting are pathetic and need to shut the fukk up. Lupe has every right to NOT vote, as well as every right to let everyone know how he feels about voting for the simple fact that he is a TAX PAYING CITIZEN. I know most of you nikkas don't pay taxes so you feel voting is the only thing that makes you a citizen, but TAX paying citizens (like myself) who actually fund the heinous acts that the US participates on the regular have every right to let be known their displeasure with which the direction the country is heading. If Lupe feels as a tax paying citizen that the two demons presented to us by the pseudo political parties don't represent his views, then he has every right to NOT VOTE. I know alot of you clowns believe in the lesser of two evils nonsense, but brothers like Lupe and myself refuse to vote for ANY type of evil, regardless of the color it represents.

And for those of you morons bringing up the civil rights struggles, please show me where MLK, Malcom, Marcus, Eldridge Cleaver, or the other freedom fighter wasted time organizing voting drives in order to get the voice of black people heard? Any one who knows even a modicum of history knows that the original leaders of the civil rights where all about EQUALITY. They knew politicians were not the ones to achieve that aim, and instead organized mass movements educate and organize people in an effort to mitigate the injustice being perpetrated on them by the evil system they found themselves in. Many of the leaders didn't give a fukk about voting because they knew the system was inherently corrupt and didn't even consider them human beings at one point, so voting for demons as a way to achieve change was a fruitless.

All you clowns ready to attack people for not voting Obama, please enlighten us dumb people why we as black people should vote for Obama? Perhaps the Jay Z connection? Or maybe because he sang Al Green? :rudy:

Lupe is a premier rap artists and one of the few respectable MC's left in this genre known as hiphop. Anyone calling him dumb for the simple fact that he doesn't believe in participating in a corrupt and demonic system needs their fukking head examined.

Wheres the evidence of this? Seems like a race based assumption with no facts to back it up.

The only hope Romney has of winning this race is if young people and minorities dont vote. Notice the political affiliations of the posters who want you to give up your rights. I bet they were voting 4 years ago.

On topic:

So much talk on the internets the last couple of years about c00ns & House nikkas. In fact those terms have had a modern day renaissance. Cats spend all day on the internet pointing fingers at other Black people and bandying these terms around for the slightest of perceived infractions of Blackness. It could be anything as trivial as wearing the wrong t-shirt or dissing a certain rapper. The game is so fun even folks who are only Black on the internet can play!

Now its time to vote. Most of America is in agreement that there are problems that require solutions. Even the non-voting crowd agrees here.

The question is how do we begin to address our problems?

Do we (A) vote for elected representatives who will hopefully serve the will of the people?

Or do we (B) do nothing and give up our right to vote in order to make a moral stand against a system that does not allow you to opt out?

If there are some other options, let me know. I havent seen anybody jumpstarting the revolution or planning on moving to another country... so obviously yall non-voting cats intend to roll with option (B). (B) docile.

This might be the most factually inaccurate thing I have ever read on this site brother. Wow.

Malcom X - "The Bullet of the Ballot Speech given on April 4, 1964
The political philosophy of black nationalism means that the black man should control the politics and the politicians in his own community; no more. The black man in the black community has to be re-educated into the science of politics so he will know what politics is supposed to bring him in return. Don't be throwing out any ballots. A ballot is like a bullet. You don't throw your ballots until you see a target, and if that target is not within your reach, keep your ballot in your pocket.

Please never speak on anything related to the civil rights struggle or black history again. You just really embarrassed yourself.

Malcom X - "The Bullet of the Ballot Speech given on April 4, 1964

:what: :snoop: lol...is this supposed to support your argument? Have you ever even listened to the Ballot or the Bullet speech? He was saying voting is a powerful tool to be used in the struggle for equality and rights, though he understood the limitations of it as a tactic. In your quote, he was simply saying use caution and prudence in making your voting decision. He wasn't telling you not to vote.

And you took that as a clear sign to support Ron Paul, a known racist?

One has nothing to do with the other. I know Dems love to resort to ad hominem when someone shatters your Democratic logic. Ron Paul still has way more integrity than these clowns currently running for office anyway.
