Lupe discussed with Nas the possibility of working on a joint project

Man if you think you going to get a project where nas allows somebody to wash him, then yall really arent nas fans. I can't wait until he drops this next project so he cant shut the naysayers up.
I personaly get the vibe from Nas interview on SOLE that he does not respect lyricist that are lyrical just for the sake of being lyrical. And that would be possible a rapper like Lupe.
Also Nas didn't return contact further with Lupe. That CLEARLY means Nas was not interested in colabing with Lupe.

I'm sure he would be super inspired by Lupe's pen, he has already acknowledged how crazy Lupe is with the lyrics on more than one occasion...but I don't think that fire that Lupe lights under him is somehow gonna magically put him on Lupe's level with the bars, especially not at this point in his career.
Nas is a far better rapper and artist and everything else than Lupe Fiasco...but bars wise I don't think anyone can out-bar an inspired Lupe. It will be incredible to hear Nas go for it tho
Sidenote: Think about how inspired and energized Lupe will be staring over at one of his heroes in the studio with him,
The clip where Lupe is talking about the conversation they had in the studio suggests otherwise. I think that pic is close to the same time Nas was on drink champs and said Lupe is the rapper that reminds him of himself. I think its just in Nas’ nature that he moves on his time, everybody has a story about him not getting back about a record.
He was just being nice in the interview.
In the clip Lupe SAID HE fukkING DIDN'T CONTACT HIM BACK ABOUT THE EP IDEA.
