I knew dude was looking to get out and keep it moving to a new location when he came back slimmed down like a motherfukker and working much faster and tighter and they still didn't do anything with him.
Coulda had dude be an occasional guest on the Firefly Funhouse as, literally, Uncle Luke
. Coulda come in with his sweatervest and just be at the door. "It's Friday. You know what that means!" and then you cut to Bray doing some fukkery and he's there as a character. But also, coulda just used dude as a miniboss you gotta go through to get The Fiend's attention, so then you can Lesnar him like they want to and keep him off TV a fair bit but still set up challenges.
Damn shame, but good for Brodie. He deserves to get to go out there and drop 10-15 minute matches with other people motivated to do more than hit their bulletpoint moveset and K.I.M. It's clear dude loves wrestling. More and more, I want those people out of the WWE primary ecosystem, be it NXT, AEW or NJPW.
(He definitely should be in AEW or MLW though, maybe with a clause to dip over for NJPW tournaments. Let big Brodie hit some flippy shyt and murder Chuck Taylor, you cowards)

Curious, what’s his ceiling? AEW champ? Upper mid card TNA?
TNA, dude could be a transitional top heel champion. Especially in a company where one half of the Wolves was the champion and Tessa finna be carrying it soon.
AEW... well. I mean. Dude could show up and immediately be a good moving cog. I'd be all there for a Luchasaurus/Brodie Lee series of matches. I'd watch them shyts live and catch up on the NXT segment I missed. Those matches wouldn't have great build-up because neither are great talkers, but I think the agile bigman work from both would be clean.
Hell, if they're obsessive about their factions, they could throw Brodie in with the Butcher and the Blade as their singles guy. He can even fit their aesthetic.
That being said, I'm with someone in here who said it's a matter of time before he's 'big white gaijin throwing big boots' number eleventeen in NJPW.
That, or he ends up in CZW rocking a dirty wifebeater and hitting plumbers and meth dealers with discus lariats.
He deserves better than he got in the E, the question is if anyone decides to give him enough of a chance/platform to prove that.
