The whole "losing out" is a little off, they still getting less but it's the guaranteed money that's really out the door. So they gotta stay healthy and productive at a high level

I feel like I remember a lot of people had the Wolves coming out of the west once they took down Denver. And I do remember that narrative of the Mavs being battle tested too. That’s not what was being said in real time. In fact I remember a very popular narrative being that the Mavs road to the Finals was so tough that it made them battle tested enough to beat the Celtics
And sure that’s a path that I could see them winning if the roster meshes well and they have health. I highly highly doubt they get that path though
Ant probably thinking "if they'll treat a white superstar like this, nobody safe"Not beal and bron lol

I'll agree with that, it was bbq chicken with baguettes on the side for LukaEverybody was on the Wolves D but forgot with a solid game plan you could run that KAT/Gobert lineup off the court

That’s that “JJ Redikk is really my coach ” body languageluka looks dead inside
I heard him say the bolded as well, then he also said something about taking the high road afterwards and went on to thank his teammates, coaches, and the fans
This is giving a lot of credence to something happening behind the scenes that must have soured his relationship with the higher ups in the org
Holy sh1t this looks shady as hell
