On the real though, Dallas should try and unload Barnes if they can and go all in for KD in the offseason.

Plus it's not like KD aint never made the decision to play ball in TX. If the Mavs plan on going after anyone in FA it needs to be Durant. He gets to be a part of a low key superteam and if he wins a ship in Dallas he'll be vindicated.

I defend Luka on the board and that was moreso the acquisition of KP than it has to do with Luka. This roster is ass we have no draft picks. I doubt if KP reups, he'll probably join the Warriors. We definitely ain't making the playoffs anytime soon. We need to lose 27 out of the next 31 games to end the season to even have a chance at having a draft pick this year. The way our roster is constructed, you might as well forget about somebody joining us over the summer. We might could make a play for Gordon Hayward though.

1-8 in the west are legit better than us. Lebron is about to get LA in the top 8. The Kings has put together a ROSTER.

We're about to revert back to the 90s smh.

Last year we were a 33 win team that could have been a playoff team if we weren't literally throwing games. This year we added Luka and DJ, which should have been enough to get us over the hump but yet the team is marginally better, if that. Now we wait and see if this new, what 2-3 year plan works? I like DSJ and I hope he balls out, but he was redundant with Luka. Having both on the floor when they both need the ball in their hands is dumb. At least in Portland CJ and Dame can both play off ball if needed. DSJ isn't really doing much unless he's handling the offense, and he wasn't going to be doing that in crunch time for the next decade with Luka around.

If KP comes back even 80% of what he used to be, Luka and KP PnR and two man game is damn near unguardable without doubling. That length is insane. You roll the dice with that and if it works, cool. If it doesn't, at least you tried. No 7-9 shyt. No 42-40 shyt.

You tripping if you think we were better off keeping DSJ and these expirings and watching FAs pass on Dallas like they always do. And then what? We draft some dudes in the mid-late teens or early 20s cause we're treadmilling? Load up on some Dominique Jones and Akwasi Owusu-Ansahs? Nah fam, that ain't the wave to competing for a title.

I get the feeling you got DSJ merch and you feel burned we drafted Luka and he was immediately bushed. I feel you. We gon be alright.

Getting KP and Luka gives us a young exciting core we haven't had in forever. If there was EVER a time to appeal to a guy who wants to pair up with 2 young All Star players, we may just FINALLY have that.

We didn't have decent anything. Wes has no burst and athleticism is gone. He's a corner 3 chucker. Barnes is overpaid beta. DeAndre dunks and blocks. That's it. He's not the best frontcourt player on any title team. Dirk old as dirt. Devin Harris needs to GTFO. JJ Barea was popping off in a Finals almost a decade ago.

There was barely any youth on this team.

Count on Donnie and Mark to draft the next Shane Larkin to put us over the top, brehs. fukk those draft picks.
