I’m worried about these euros that’s right plural.

The foot pattern I’ve calculated for majority hall of fame international players are that they played soccer first.

Steve Nash

The dream

Tony Parker

Manu

Patrick Ewing

Mutombo

Pau gasol
Etc..
(Embiid) possible hall of famer

You have a right to be concerned ..

Hawks felt that #3 was too high to draft Young, and they couldn't trade any lower than #5 to take Young because Orlando probably would have taken him at 6

And for the Mavs, there was the risk that Memphis probably would have taken Doncic at #4

Trade made sense for both teams (even tho Hawks were still crazy to want Young over Doncic)
Next year's draft is meant to be weak so I'm not mad about losing that pick, especially if the Mavs are good :ehh:

Because other teams were trying to trade up to the 3rd or 4th spot to draft Doncic. MAVS were able retain their Cap space for signing free agents. Instead of losing that Cap space by taking on Bazemore contract.

I thought he told Memphis he didn't want to be there. Also, I think he told ATL not to draft him very late last night, like during the draft. I'm not 100% certain about that. But if I'm right on those two counts then it set up an opportunity to call their bluff and just stay at #5 and take him. @*DalMem* I didn't hear about any teams looking to move up for Doncic and if so, he told ATL AFTER the draft started that he didn't want to be there so time was not on their side to make a deal. What teams were trying to move up?

Orlando, Memphis, Clippers, and Denver.

Reports on Memphis sports radio today is that the Grizzlies was going to draft him at 4th
