I just watched the clippers game and Beverly was about to choke DSJ or something before he realized he knocked his tooth out. I'm all for playing hard but that nikka dirty
We'd have to see him on the court but I don't think he's needed.These dudes continue to play hard. Dirk should be coming back soon too. At this stage in his career I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing

Harrison Barnes is such a selfish player. Blatant that dude only cares about getting his. Just gets his shots up and doesn't care to make the extra pass or find the open guy. He's one of our better players, but still. He stunts Luka's growth with a lot of possessions where he's going to put it up no matter what.
Wes Matthews can get all the way the fukk out of here.

Deandre playing some of his best ball in recent years. Knows his role and plays it well.

Agreed about Barnes. Once he’s in the post, you already know he’s gonna attempt a shot. His game has gotten annoying to me.
His 3PT percentage would likely be better if bytchass Barnes and Matthews would pass the ball a bit more.
Dude was WIDE open several times tonight without a defender near him and I see these two struggle vets continuously putting up

That's why I can't wait for Dirk to comeback.
Because for some reason Dirk make everyone shot percentage go up when he's on the court.
Seems like Dirk and Barea are the only players that Wes and Harrison will defer to.
Even though Luka is clearly a better player than both of those guys. It must be the rookie thing. Those vets with mega contracts ain't gonna defer to a rookie like that. It is what it is.
Commentators mentioned that Luka leads us in 4th quarter scoring, 4th quarter FGA, and 4th quarter FTA.
And yet Portland got back within 7 with a couple minutes to go because Wes and Harrison decided they wanted to play like their 2014 bum ass selves.
Seriously can't wait til we get rid of Wes Matthews. I hated that signing then and I hate it more now.
I hated the Barnes overpay as well, but it's whatever at this point. He's a solid player, unlike Wes.
Both will be good midseason trade value tho.
