Nah thread is still relevant just cause Nellys music aged even worst doesn’t mean I want to listen to Ludas music in this era, doesn’t sound all too great to me and I respect Luda for his mc skills

When comes to dope versus on club/radio hits he up their with Hov, Drake and Wayne,

Luda is a southern rapper that could do a dope record with premo and turn around and do a dope record with a Cali legend like Quik.

Zero truth about his first 3 albums aging badly. The rest were simply not all that good.

Coli is the only place that tends to revise history and say something has “aged terribly” just cause time passes. 10 years from now some 15 year old is gonna make a thread saying how Good Kid Mad City and Victory also have aged terribly.

I’ve always felt the “aged terribly” argument was disingenuous. Obviously there are classic songs and albums that will always get a reaction outta people..but I don’t wanna listen to Ready Or Die/Doggystyle/Reasonable Doubt every day or even every week. Does that mean they aged poorly or that it’s been decades since it’s been released and the sound has changed:yeshrug:
