Personal info is pushing it. Some states even have laws about disclosing if youre HIV positive to sexual partners.

And yet the state does not legalize medical providers to share your HIV status with your sexual partners...because it's personal information. You are obligated as an individual to share that with a potential partner. It's your obligation or burden, no one else's.

That post also says the sister said they had kissed but were not sexually active. There was no risk of him contracting HIV at the time and she said she was going to tell him. And frankly even if they were fukking raw, you could fukk 100 women with HIV and not get it. Transmission from women-to-men is exceptionally rare.

Those with chronic/terminal diseases must declare that information!! More so if the means of transmission occurs from bodily fluids. The studies have shown saliva/vaginal transmission is miniscule but not improbable. Its not the "infected" place to determine this rather the decision to take that chance lies on the non-infected.
