Low or No-Sugar diet recommendations?

Eggs
Fruits (apples, bananas)
Drink water only (I don't expect people to cut out coffee and/or tea but otherwise, just water)
Tofu
Meat (lean, fresh, and not fried)
Fish (same^^)
Nuts
Fruits have sugar and he specified no fruits

Fruits also have natural vitamins. Also, not all fruits were created equally in the scope of what's healthy and not healthy.

But if he doesn't want to eat fruits at all, then don't...

Isnt keto just low carb diet though or does it cut out sugar too? I hate that diet. Carbs are not evil lol

It's High Fat, Moderate Protein and Low Carb. You can swap it to High Protein and Moderate Fat tho :yeshrug:

So a quick Google search will get me thousands of results for this, but I wanted to hear it from you guys. What do y'all eat instead of sugar? Please don't mention artificial sweeteners and try to avoid mentioning too much fruit

Keto diet. I consumed no more than 30g carbs a day on it which had me in the best shape of my life! I'm talking cut up like a motherfukking diamond.

Im working on this shyt right now.
Im pretty sure im addicted to sugar.
You just get so used to eating something sweet after dinner.

At the end of the day...just worry about eating real food.
Not shyt w/ added sugar/artificial sweeteners

Carbs are broken down into sugar glucose and immeditately released as energy(meaning it doesnt sit in your body like most proccess sugar). OP is referring to sugar foods ie fruits and sweets.

Which is why diets like keto are retarded

Im an RN so im pretty sure i know nutrition breh.
