Its crazy how much better Rocky Balboa (2010) was than rocky v. The general story was and could be good but it ending in the streets was nonsense...the charactor of tommie gunz was good, and him making rocky get back in the ring a final time would've been a better ending.

I would have the end being rocky vs tommie, and tommie not having the heart to finish rocky off and whatnot...

Rocky V suffered from the same thing late 80's early 90's movies did. Corniness. Among other things

-Rocky's "brain damage" took him from sophisticated balboa of part 3 and 4 to a dumb ass
-Hip hop soundtrack in a Rocky movie :usure:
-George Washington Duke was corny
-All of actors seemed like they were playing a character of their characters
-Rocky's son(r.i.p) was annoying
-"Go For it!"

It could have been good but they fukked too many things up. I still watch it from time to time but :ehh:

lol @ the deleted director's version of the final fight scene

"beat the shyt out of him"

I think I remember reading Rocky was supposed to die originally at the end of V

Thank god for Part 6 though:ohlawd:

Like...every single punch in the rocky series would KILL YOU. That fukkin uppercut by creed at the end of 1 was a MURDER SHOT...that last punch by lang in the first fight of 3???? :wow:

Clubber Lang's punches were thrown with the spirit/sound of 1000 slaves

I love five just for the amount of quotables in the movie.

"He could be wrong Adrian, he's not god.. only god aint wrong"

"Who's your best friend back in Orlando"

"Oh well that's Oklahoma.. Eric Elner"

"No your best friend is a guy named Frankie Fear"

Rambo dies in the first blood novel. They screened it for test audiences, they weren't feeling the book ending and here we are with 3 more sequels :win:

I'm pretty sure his character died originally in Daylight
