I also love cursing people out on my team when they aren't pulling their weight. But I'm 30 brehs. I've been taking for 20 years and it's still in me to do this. You're overthinking it. Gaming is just a fun and harmless pastime like any other, but if gaming is making you withdraw from socialising then do some other things that you enjoy as gaming won't go anywhere. You can always come back where you left off as I go years without getting heavily involved in playing games like 2-3 years at a time just letting my backlog build up like for myself now I've missed the whole of this current gen but that doesn't mean I won't pick up what I've missed on the PS4 or Switch soon.
