Some Xavier dimes first put me on to Mystical at Freaknik '95

They knew EVERY word to "Yall ain't ready", had me like

:wtf::mindblown::ooh::gladbron::krs::dj2:

Me: Who this?

Xavier broads: Mystikal

Me: Mr. Who?

Xavier broads: No, Mystikal *giggle*

Me: :dwillhuh: Well, whoever he is this nikka fiya

"bytch I'm doing bad, slanging rhymes at the same time"
"I ainlyin"

"Oooooooooooooh, he not that niiiiga" <---Is that Mia X on the hook?

Original "Here I Go" Way better than his major label debut of this song imo

This was an EP when I first heard it, and I thought it sounded way better than when he re-released some of these songs and the video that accompanied

Damn I came up in the right era :wow:

Edit: 5* Pos rep for truf ass thread

Louisiana really changed the rap game.

1st with no limit

then with Cash money

Back that azz up started a nasty trend that still trending to this day.

But its no surprise, Louisiana has mad soul and culture... We just never get our props.

that aint true

it's actually a relatively small city with a lot of well known artists. I'm not sure how that equals "most slept on". places like Chicago have like 6 times the population, and a fraction of the number of well known artists
