There is no such thing as thee fashion capital.nikka London,Paris,Milan and Los Angeles are considered fashion capitals because they are World Class cities.And the point is if you guys had a good looking crop of women you would have more local ones to show up, LA has women from all over the country and world come , this is from models to aspiring actresses, to porn stars/ But there is a local batch of their own to chose from.
