this is what i had concerns with. but since you cant "spot weight loss" or whatever the fukk yall said, ima just work out all around and then do lower body work outs so my thighs and ass can look right :shaq: (all for you @bk)

alright, so here's me and my superficial problems
my question is i have an asymmetrical abdomen. one side is curved but the other side WAS almost straight up and down but its getting a curve too. the only thing is they dont fukking match up. i will post a pic if need be, but im trying to avoid that. so essentially, one side was straight and the other side was curved

on top of that, my hips are uneven  one is lower than the others, and may be a bit smaller. the lower hip is the same side with the curve in my waist. once again, i will post a pic if need be

this is the one work out i thought would apply to me and my asymmetry

any tips to even out my geometrical sides?

i've been doing some core exercises, and ima start running, but honestly, im just hesitant about working out period since im a naturally thin girl, it took some hard work to gain the weight that i did, even if it aint even lol

thank ya kindly

My abs are uneven. In fact I have a 7-pack. I have a picture in one of the topics. Ab "shape"/appearance is genetic there's nothing you can do about it. No matter what I do I cannot crunch my way to even abs.

The placement of the tendons crossing that one ab muscle is what creates that illusion of a pack of abs is genetic.

losing belly fat is a bytch for men. its where we store it.

what works for me is cutting out condiments in my food such as sugar, ketchup, mayo, ....*cries*...butter...:-(. and i drink nearly 3 bottles of water a day.

plus when i do go on a splurge, i do a 7 day fruits and vegetable cleanse. eat nothing but raw veggies and fruit for 7 days..while of course drinking water. it helps having a regular workout regimen too

gotta lose overall fat :manny: some people will lose it on their hips, waist, etc

considering you have major organs in your abdomen it should make sense why we store it there first

Belly fat is easy to lose. Diet is important and core exercises will melt away the fat in no time at all.

I know from personal experience. I ate right and did squats n dead lifts. Couple months later the fat was gone and my core was solid. I barely did crunches.
