Something else to consider. You mgiht have weak traverse abdominals. They are basically your built in girdle and help keep your stomach flat and core rigid. Best way to work those is with vacuum planks. If your body fat is normal and you have a gut its prob from a weak core, common w/desk jobs.
Anyways heres what a plank looks like... you just hold that position
Keep your shyt tight and suck your tummy in so your abs are flat with your legs. Do it by a mirror. Hold the position for like 1-2 minutes, and when it gets easy do it with weight on your back. Your shyt will tighten up niceeeeeee
