These candidates falling over themselves shaming the decision šŸ˜’ while shrugging their shoulders.

If the Supreme Court rules against this, then it's no longer about states rights šŸ˜¤

Spoke on this in another thread, here it is.

Your man incited an insurrection. Dudes wanted to fight Capitol police so they could take selfless on the floor, who knows what would have happened šŸ™„ had they been able to get in their when ppl were in there.

A state full of ppl who believe the same thing you and your sponsor believe decided that it didn't matter that Trump believed what you all believed. They tired of his nonsense and they done with his ass.

Then you wanna make some wack ass joke that ain't got nothing to do with nothing, other than ppl that don't look like you šŸ˜’ voted against Trump because they got tired of ppl who look like you treating them like the household pet on a good day

In all seriousness, the Supreme Court is fukked. The current make-up of the court loves themselves some states rights and origin-interpretation and both of those go against Trump here. The Colorado SC cited Gorsuch in making their decision, so he's either going to agree with himself or make himself look like a massive hypocrite. If they rule against the Colorado SC decision, they're basically saying the laws/constitution are meaningless and further cementing themselves as a right wing puppet court. If they uphold the ruling, they face the wrath of the Trump Cult who will call them RINO's, start talking about reform (about damn time to IMO) and ramp up threats against them.

Lose/Lose situation for the Roberts Court.

I love to hear it.

Them quoting Gorsuch was master level lawyering.

Supreme Court gonna knock this down tho. Just don't see it holding up.
but from what I understand, the Supreme Court are more like old school Mitt Romney conservatives. And I think thereā€™s a large number of Republicans who want to move on from Trump and will happily lock him up and blame it on the democrats if they can.

But thatā€™s not what the Conservative Supreme Court is trying to do.

The want to dismantle the progressive policies of the last 60 years. They arenā€™t trying to enflame Conservtives against Republicans. Theyā€™ll happily contradict themselves to undo environmental policy, but they seem to want to avoid picking a side in this Trump stuff by letting lower court rulings stand.

This is the first time I think they would actively be in a Bush-Gore situation. If they acknowledge Coloradoā€™s interpretation as legitimate, then they will effectively okay removing him from multiple ballots.

Trumpā€™s path was already narrow

These people are absolutely hilarious who are crying about this ruling

"Best him at the ballot box and let the folks decide" - they say.

He refused to accept the people's decision and tries to overturn the election in real time for the world to see. The debate was settled on that matter.

The people did decide and they didn't want him anymore.

Now states use "states rights" to get this demon outta the paint and now they wanna cry.

As despicable of a human being as he is if he gracefully bowed out the first time he could have ran legally now no problems

Thereā€™s already a war between the GOP and its because of Trump. You have the old school republicans vs the far right MAGA republicans. For everything these cowards say in front of a camera, they secretly want him gone so they can get to their nonsensical agendas.

Tucker Carlson is a prime example. Praise Trump in front of the camera but we all saw those text messages berating Trump.

And finally, who are all the big donors backing? Not Trump. Itā€™s establishment bot Nikki Haley. Those same donors are the ones throwing money at the US Supreme Court.

War may be a strong word.

if Trump got in, all those ā€œold schoolā€ Republicans will still bend the knee to get their agenda passed.

they are arguing more tactics than policy.
