Not seeing it
:yeshrug:

I see a midget with an iPhone

We would’ve preferred him to date someone who isn’t considered an industry pass around.

Denzel has a respectable Black woman on his side

She seems to live for attention, there is no scenario where they don’t at one point break up so she can get headlines.
it’s what he likes, why do you care :dahell:

Absolutely. The reason most people never make gains is because they (1) don't workout hard enough and (2) they don't eat the right foods.

Push yourself in the gym and then eat a diet full of unprocessed raw foods like fruits, vegetables, potatoes, beans, etc. Pair that with clean protein sources like pasture raised eggs and wild caught salmon and you're golden.
Wow. Game. :wow:

No fitness expert, personal trainer or body builder will tell you that lifting weights only twice a week is the best way to maximize muscle hypertrophy..

The scientific data says otherwise. Studies have shown there is no added muscle building benefit to doing 3 full-body workout sessions a week over 2.

Most of the "fitness experts" you speak of that do otherwise use steriods. That enhances recovery which is why they can weight train for 5-6 days a week. For us natural lifters, recovery is paramount. And it takes muscles up to 72 hours to fully recover after an intense workout. That is why 2 full-body sessions per week is sufficient.

You can do a push pull legs split and still hit every body part twice a week.

Plus if you go to the gym only two times a week, that's 5 days where you aren't getting any exercise in.

Blood flow helps to increase muscle growth.

I'd rather be in the gym 6 days a week than two.
