Absolutely. The reason most people never make gains is because they (1) don't workout hard enough and (2) they don't eat the right foods.

Push yourself in the gym and then eat a diet full of unprocessed raw foods like fruits, vegetables, potatoes, beans, etc. Pair that with clean protein sources like pasture raised eggs and wild caught salmon and you're golden.
