Is this true?More days in the gym doesn't mean a better body. You really only need to do 2 intense full-body workouts per week to maximize muscle hypertrophy. The real key is eating right and getting 7+ hours of sleep a night. Proper nutrition and adequate rest is what takes your physique to the next level. Not spending more time in the gym.
