Basically. She's a socialite. She was on the equestrian circuit but she got injured and couldn't ride anymore. Then she started modeling but she was never a household name. Now, she's more of an influencer. And mostly bankrolled by Steve.

I don’t wanna hear 1200cal for a woman is too little from a forum that has grown men hyping multi-day fasts and all types of exaggerated health “advice.”

This is one of the most sane weight loss approaches I’ve heard from a celebrity. Also, her workouts are Pilates and some sprints/steps/hike... she’s not destroying herself. :comeon:

Black men invented body positivity but if we are saying something, something is wrong and this is coming from a guy that likes women with some size on them.

2x a day on 1200 calories does sound like eating disorder mvoes but it gets the job done. I wouldn't recommend it to ppl with a normal lifestyle. But this chick doesn't have a day job so why are listening to her?

Fruits and vegetables will get you at 1200 for the day. We eat too much and snack when we're not hungry. Do you need thousands of calories per day?

These fat bytches eat 1200 calories for breakfast. I used to get disgusted when I saw those stinking heifers come into the office with a Chik-Fil-A chicken biscuit combo and a lemonade. Then they would have the nerve to also have a frap/breakfast milkshake from Starbucks too :scust:.

Around lunch time they would hit Chipotle and grab a rice bowl drenched in sour cream and cheese. I bet they took killer sh*ts when they got home :scust:

I'm very sure the absolute minimum an adult should eat per day is 1500 calories. And that is the level recommended by doctors and health organizations.

She's 5' 3" and 1200 calories is perfectly within range.
