No. The average workout session at best burns around 150 cals. 2x a day and were around 300 cal lost out of the 1200 cal she's consuming a day. That is not enough to the average human to function on. Its borderline anorexic and I bet she drink several coffees a day to keep from passing out. All the anorexic white girls I knew did this.

Again this lifestyle is easy to dismiss if you don't have or need a day job. Some working a 9to5 with this type of "diet" has an eating disorder. This is terrible advice for the average person. The 1200 deficit alone is enough to lose weight.
If she's getting the proper nutrients for her body to function then there's nothing wrong with what she's doing.

When you clean up your diet, it’s amazing how much food you can get in 1200 calories if it’s whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean proteins, ect.

Compare to fast food or eating out and you can get that in one combo.

I sincerely think a lotta people are addicted to eating out. I dropped weight just by cooking and grilling at home.

exactly.. humans "in general" all need the same macros/micros (nutrients). necessary caloric intake is mainly dependant upon size (height)

a woman 5'3 around 120lb to maintain that she's at around 1600 cals a day if she working out lightly. A lot of these jawns arent working out, so anything above 1600 would equal gaining wait. if they eating bullshyt most of that weight would be fat.

^ this is where she should have settled in and maintained. body tight. toned and fit, but not super cut.


^ here she is cut and shredded like olympic sprinter or distance runner.

from an eye candy perspective i prefer toned and fit to cut and shredded.

for a woman, if you're not a high level athlete preparing for competition... making the second pic as fitness goals is too much and probably not healthy or sustainable.
