Whatever extreme examples you try and muddy the waters with, consent is really easy for even the least educated of us to understand. The only "change in morality" is that we're now utterly certain you need consent for sex, even within a marriage.

Adult women - capable of consent. As long as all the participants are adult and say yes, whatever they want to be on is on.
Children - not considered legally capable of reliable consent due to age. It's not on and never will be.
Animals - not capable of any kind of reliable consent due to lack of human language. It's not on and never will be.

If you can compare a women consenting to any sort of sex with consenting partner(s) to anyone having sex with an animal, well, you may need to bring your next therapy session forward. You're in crisis, son.

the whole reason slut shaming is perceived as wrong is bc it extends itself to rape victims. But no you really can't slut shame someone who chooses to be that way but that wasn't my point. This double standard is set for a reason. Women are the administrators of sexual activity and that means they hold most of the final decision in regards to rather or not sexual activity go's down. That being said when a man is able to have sex with multiple partners in a certain period of time he is often times praised for it because it is indeed more of a challenge for the AVERAGE(In the context of everyday standards not level of physical attractiveness) man to have sex with a woman on a regular basis than it is for the average woman to receive sex from multiple men in that same period of time. It has also been my observation as well as the observations of many others that women would rather have a guy that easily gets or has the ability to easily get sex from multiple women in a certain period of time rather than a man who gets sex from no to maybe only one or two women per few months. While this is initially attributed to men initially having what their female counterparts deem as seductive or admirable qualities of a potential mate, it's been documented that women also find themselves drawn to these men simply because they are desired by and have had sex with other women. This is actually a clear example of the alpha male hierarchal role and has clear similarities to the practices of gorilla's and lions, in our environment(society) women are giving sex to only about 20 percent of men, more specifically the alpha males, This is where women speaking up against this "double standard" becomes contradictive to their actions as well as their initial instinctive sexual attraction. If women as a majority are giving the most (but not exclusively, not saying average guys don't get sex at all) sex to those twenty percent of men that women feel should be feel should be blasted with derogatory remarks because of his sexual history because they deem not doing so is being "unfair" then the rhetoric of these women who've expressed these sentiments is faulty, mildly hypocritical and as I've mentioned before contradictive. Also women have been scientifically proven to have emotional issues with the after affects of casual sex and being that they as a whole chose which man who engages in sex and which doesn't they are indeed at a higher INITIAL responsibility.
