What I did was argue against the idea that avoiding being offensive in the WORK ENVIRONMENT is somehow selling out or "tucking nuts for a buck" , and reiterated that LJ let his nuts hang for a buck on a show that's known for gay shyt.

As far as integrity goes, I would say that's easily more questionable than being "PC" in the work environment. This was my argument, feel free to agree/disagree with that if you wish, but if you gonna quote me at least use some basic reading comprehension.

- What statement in particular was stupid?

It ain't about thinking he's gay, or that he was trying to to be, it's about hypocrisy.

I just think it's ironic that such a "righteous" brotha harping on and on about gays every 20 minutes didn't seem to think twice about agreeing to slip and slide around naked in the showers with another man for money. And it's not like he HAD to, there were plenty of pivotal characters on that show that never waved their dikk at the camera, I doubt the director would have sent him home if he declined, or even requested to shoot the scene from the waist up like most others.

If a nikka can be called a sell out for something as simple as having enough tact to not say certain things in a work environment that might fukk up his livelihood then the actual bartering of your naked ass can be called a sell out move as well...especially when it wasn't mandatory.

and yes i watched the show. it was one of my favorite shows in the late '90s.

theres nothing homo-erotic or excessive about it. the show is meant to be a depiction of prison life. do i remember the scene? i prolly saw it when the episode premiered, and would prolly remember it if i watched it again. im sure it just came across as a prison fight scene to me. i didnt dwell on the fact that they were naked. thats how chit goes down. i mean, do you expect them to be fully clothed in there? wtf. its no different than the sausagefest chit on "any given sunday". i guess that was home-erotic too huh?
