The IMAGE of the left, and by extension Kamala, as a Californian is that of "extreme" pro-lgbtqi politics. Whether or not she publicaly campaigned on those issues or not, this has been the image of the left for the last 10yrs. Even gay marriage going through years ago, is viewed by many, as being so much less controversial than things like the bathroom bill, trans girs partcipating in sports with cis girls, etc. Hoteps are still conservatives. Muslims/NOI/Five Percenters are still conservatives. Hell, alot of black Kamala voters were still conservative when they voted for her. GenX and Baby Boomer black men are the most conservative amongst us. They always have been. What Lord Jamar is saying, is really not all that new or controversial. AGAIN!! I agree that Kamala didn't really run on an identitarian ticket. But just by extension of being attatched to that via her party, then this is the image they see of her.
