Who fukks with this album, IMO it's crazy underrated. Finesse with beautiful production, on the mic he was a nice lyricist and had punch lines at the level of Big L.

great album. i always considered finesse to be better than l based on the fact that he raps and produces. its between him and godfather don for best mc/producer combo ever. it always pisses me off when i see a bunch of mediocore albums referred to as "classics", and yet you rarely ever see the funky technician lp named. dude was so far ahead of his time its ridiculous.

Me too, I only heard a few tracks a few months ago I saw it in the suggestions gave it a click. Man once the beat dropped after the sermon I was all by the end I was like

What I always found strange though was back in the day I saw Biggie listed in the liner notes as a guest feature. Did I miss something?

I mean, Biggie and finesse worked together on at least two songs, so it's possible that Finesse has a biggie verse in his stash - but he probably can't use it lest Diddy sues him.
