He wants them to pay the old timers more for their likenesses. That's been his stance. Until 2K does that, he sits out.

I would say that is a reason why so many people don't know how nice he really was back when he played. Kids know who a Horace Grant is, Muggsy Bogues is, a Jerome Kersey is because of the game.

Last one I bought too. Skipped 14 and then the Rory ones dropped. They kept trying to act like the greatest golfer ever didn't exist. 2K setting it off right. I'll probably get the deluxe edition too

The golf games went from EA to 2K.

I don't know if they'll ever recapture that magic they had. I player Tiger with the kids on Xbox and Wii.

They need something like myplayer or franchise/career mode.

One of the things EA did well was multiplayer, whether local, online, or party games/mini golf.
