Do you know how to run?

it really doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to run efficiently. Don’t spend over $150 on a pair if you’re a casual jogger.

I train in Nike Vomeros
I run races in Pegasus Turbos

General Mills

More often than not I tend to take that L.

ASICS or brooks. I finally spent a bit of money on a pair and it has made a world of difference
I never went wrong with ASICS. My boy keeps telling me about Brooks. Never tried them. I need too.

Back in the day I used to be a Nike Pegasus guy.

ASICS are good for long distance to me. Nike presto reacts is what I wear now got some good miles on them comfortable shoe. Hoka are good but more so better for hiking or running on a trail.

Are you running on a treadmill, neighborhoods, or parks?

Brehs, I also jump rope alot. Would the ASICS or Brooks shoe be good for that too?

Jumping rope is a stationary exercise, so I assume it should be good
