the difference is that we're actually willing to de-platform these content creators if they get out of line, it's anything goes with these rappers because they get to hide behind "I'm an entertainer and this is art" while literally celebrating Black death in many cases.

Understand your point, as far as interpersonal communication/generationally accurate--- but even that was probably awkward on some level to you or your friends, think of movies like The Wood, which is set in the 80's, that's kind of what I am describing.

Yeah, but as long as you were up on the music/movies/TV shows/dances, you could get in there without trying too hard. The 90's was even better, IMO, but I was grown and on the other side of America/the planet by then.
