And with that trash post, I can see that you're bowing out and admitting defeat.

Good job, good effort

You don't comprehend much do you? John Cena showing respect to Kenny Omega does not mean NJPW is on the same level business wise as WWE. It shows that WWE personnel understand the greatness they are witnessing.

You keep saying "minor league"... it's a retarded viewpoint. Minor Leagues don't offer better product.

It was a great match, nobody is denying that. :dahell: That's not the discussion here though buddy, try to keep up.

The discussion here is @prophecypro trying to claim that NJPW is so big that it's a "first option" for wrestlers over WWE, or a place anyone would leave WWE to go work at. It has nothing to do with match quality, if PWG puts on a better show than WWE, does that mean it's not minor leagues? :mjlol:

Why do you keep trying to belittle it as a carny entertainment when you get made to look dumb, when on the other hand you sitting here arguing back and forth about wrestling on a wrestling forum, getting all whiny about people not respecting your precious japan wrestling, but then you wanna act like you too cool for it huh

I said it could be a viable option as it moves to doing shows in the US and has a history of big stars going there and having relevant chapters.

You were the one going on about minor leagues:pachaha:

Your first quote to me in this post was bringing up Brock and Hogan as examples of people leaving WWE for Japan. :mjlol:

You started with a whimper and you're ending with a whimper

It is carny entertainment. Not really belittling it as much as that's what it is :pachaha:

Im not even a Japan wrestling fan like that, but even I know its a viable option for a wrestler in 2017 that's all:manny:

Not even an argument coming from me, you were the one going " Its a minor league!" 'show me the wrestler who's jumped!" like a passionate member of the sports entertainment universe that you is :obama:

You sure were working your fingers to the bone trying to find one though weren't you.. Brock? Hogan? Angle? :mjlol:

Anyway, I'll leave it at this. NJPW, if anything, indirectly feeds talent to WWE. This is not an opinion, it's a fact. Talent in NJPW actively tries to get to WWE, not the other way around. Until that ever changes, there's no point in going back and forth. Feel free to @ me when three guys like AJ/Club all decide to leave WWE for NJPW (and only NJPW, not NJPW + 25 other indy feds).

Not as hard as you were moving the goalposts "No, no! `show me who from this current era of no stars in WWE is a star who went to New Japan!" :pachaha:

And as we seen from the Bucks and Okada and even really AJ and Nakamura, there's no rush to get to the WWE. Take your time and do you thing in Japan cause its a star company
:ahh:

Moving the goalposts? My point was literally EXACTLY the same from the very beginning. Name people who jumped from WWE to NJPW like AJ/Club/Nakamura did to WWE. I repeated that over and over for about 13 pages and here we are, with you still talking in circles like an idiot :mjlol:

BTW, guarantee everyone you mentioned there at the end will be in WWE within the next 3 years. Wonder why that is :patrice:

And people pointed to Cody and the idea that New Japan is doing shows in the US as an example of how its a viable option.

This all started by bringing up why Kenny stayed in Japan, not even about the companies.

End of the day you probably gonna mark out for Kenny so this is all remarkably moot :pachaha:

No it didn't, read page 2 of this thread to see how it started dummy :mjlol:

I told you to name me people who left WWE to wrestle in Japan.. you named me Cody, who left WWE to wrestle in 30 different places, including Global Force, high school gyms, etc., and also happens to work occasionally in Japan on the side. :dahell:

But I can see we're going in circles here so let's dead it, but all I can see is that I hope you enjoy all your favorite japanese wrestlers being in WWE in a couple of years, where they can finally play in the big leagues

And several people have tried to gently explained to why Cody has the freedom to work in as many companies but it remarkably went over your head:lolbron:

Im a WWE fan so I dont mind if they go back and forth in between here and Japan. All I was trying to explain was that New Japan is a good alternative and you went all Stugotz on us going on about minor leagues

Question is will you mark out for the dork Kenny Omega when he inevitably puts on better matches?:sas1:

I agree with the first half of what you said, where the Cena styles match was outstanding but was a kickout fest. The second half though, is actually good logic...If the goal is to pin your opponent and you hit him with a move and he is on the mat...Why pick him up? You go for a pin.

The next omega Okada match will be finisher filled much like the progression of Okada tanahashi
That's true I just wish it wasn't so see through, like instead of having roll ups for surprise wins every now and then have them win with signatures. I would say hold of on finishers until main events or ppvs
