This is a good example of why Twitter was trash even before the right-wing racist took it over. She clearly was wearing gloves while serving food by hand just like everyone else, just like the director of the event told them to. Then, after food was served, she took off the gloves and played with them bare-handed. Crazy that people made an issue out of nothing and attacked some stranger's character for literally no basis.
