Lonzo Ball will undergo a third surgery on his left knee that is expected to cost him most, if not all, of the 2023-24 season

Who he been going to, the Kwame Brown of knee doctors?! :picard:
lonzo's knees were a question mark going all the way back to his rookie year and maybe back to his time at UCLA as well.

i think people just need to remember that playing high level ball for a long time is a wild proposition all by itself fr.

What the hell is going on with his lower body? I understand wear and tear but this is something crazy going on. What specialist is he going to?

Kinda surreal. So much has happened so fast but can’t forget when Lavar was peak Lavar people were concerned he’d effect Lonzo’s career and low n behold he did. Them shoe shenanigans are likely the cause of this

Fukk outta here

Them shoes didn’t cause all this, stop it. People have been playing ball in much worse shoes without tearing their knees to smithereens.

Players in the 50-70s played in much worse shoes

Wade had a procedure at Marquette and his entire NBA career he was bone on bone. CP3 crushed his knee into a camera courtside in NO and had the meniscus shaved or removed completely. He's still playing but he misses games each year because of it and other injuries on the same leg.

It all depends how far people can go with it. When he's older he's toast just like them, he's not gonna get the chance to get older it looks. Lonzo's must be worse than theirs and I don't think it's a shoe related, they gave up the scam like 3 games into his rookie year and wore Nike/Adidas since
Bone on bone won't be an issue. It's if he can handle the knee swelling.l
