What were you suffering from?
Strained/inflamed patellar tendons, or patellar tendinitis. The shyt has like 4 or 5 different names all meaning the same thing. I dealt with it as a teen into my early 20's without too much of an issue in my right knee. Reeggravated it now in my 40's :beli: :why:. I have it in both knees now after over compensating. To make a long story short recently I thought I had a serious problem like torn tissue or bone on bone, but all the x-rays were negative with just normal wear and tear with age. Only thing that could be prescribed was physical therapy, it worked 100% but the pain still triggers sometimes if I don't keep up with the exercises. shyt hurt like hell though, I couldnt get up from sitting down on the ground, walking up and down stairs was a pain, it hurt to just jog too, I had to do it on grass.

It usually flares up again if I have to do any sharp pivots/sudden stops I'm not prepared for. Main reason I don't really hoop like that anymore:flabbynsick:

Lonzo should start with changing whatever footwear he's using first.

there is a growing possibility that Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball will need a third surgical procedure on his left knee that likely would require another six months of recovery and rehabilitation, sources told ESPN on Thursday.

Yeah he's done. Grant Hill had all kinds of surgeries in Orlando delaying his career and he had just couple of good years left and he had a freakish athleticism.
