Imo this is what won the fight for Lopez. People can say Lomo should have thrown more early but he couldn’t establish any comfort because Lopez kept cutting him off. Lomo kept trying to step around Lopez to get in his comfort zone but just couldn’t. Lopez ring control the first six rounds was masterful.
He didn't do his angle stuff because he didn't want to get caught flush..

No one wants to see that tank/lsc too small, we need lopez vs Haney for unification
They both can give him problems since Teofimo doesn’t move his head whatsoever. I’ve never been high on Haney but since he has a belt that’s the only fight that makes sense. Money wise Tank is a much bigger draw though

He was too slow and at a reach disadvantage. Age has definitely caught up with him

Yeah. Dre was on some bullshyt. Calling this a draw :mjlol:

he ain't even believe that shyt when he said it

If Lopez didn't run out of gas he would've shut loma out, that nikka conditioning is trash, he don't keep the same power the second half of the fight so thats the blueprint on how to beat him already

The range of score cards is hilarious. 116-112, 119-109 & 117-111
This is one of those few times where I can actually understand it. Lederman is always the fukking outlier, but in this case, except for really 2 rdd, Loma didn't just dominate a Rd. He looked so much more impressive in the late rds mainly because he was a fukking zombie for the first half, not because he's was dominating Lopez. So even some of those later rds could be looked at as swing rds with the exception of 2 or 3. Teo fought a great fight sand Loma underestimated him, thinking he could afford to give up such a huge lead. I think that nikka currently in the lockerroom still downloading information to win this fight, let Andre Ward tell it:stopitslime:
