Yes because he dramatizes the call and uses unnecessary verbiage to prolong the call to make the call about him.

Fans just want to know if it was over-turned, we don't need a 4 minute leads up to the actual call.

No don't speak for all fans. Fans at the game who don't have commentary and 10 super slow mo replays would like to know why the play was overturned.

Even when I watch at home I like it to be explained out. It's good to know why. But to each his own :manny:

so you're saying there are no questionable calls by the refs in football? they replay everything now- from a holding call, chop block, pass interference, offsides, etc. So you agree with every fukking call a ref makes on the field. even the announcers are like WTF at some of the calls on the field. wtf are you talking about?:wtf:

What? :wtf: I never said that. I was responding to your statement that if refs spot a foul that no one sees before the replay they shouldn’t call it, especially if they throwing too many flags…
And the point here is that you call these fouls every single time. Every time you see a foul, you call it. It’s really simple, you don’t “not call” a foul for any fukking reason. And “too many flags” is
a dumb fukking reason, period. If the teams are playing terribly and committing penalties, then flags will fly. This isn’t soccer or bball.

no one said ANYTHING about agreeing with every call. you reading comprehension is :flabbynsick:

Goodell is the worst commissioner in all of sports.

No, he really isn't.

The players gave him the power he has, he and DeMaurice Smith did a good job navigating the labor issues.

Roger has actually held players accountable, which makes him unlikeable too most, most people treat players like dieties who should never face and judgment for their actions.

He goes too far on many fronts, but at worst he's been a decent commish

You should for the very reason I gave here:

You'll either dismiss it or write some garbage as if it isn't possible.

These refs put YOUR players in danger.

Downplay it if you want. But throwing flags deters fukked up shyt from happening.

So you`re just going off the assumption that the refs will miss stuff like this.

You're going off of a lot of assumptions.

These niqqas are talking from a viewing pleasure perspective.

You're arguing a football perspective.

Cats are ignoring that refs temper things from happening on the field as well
.

So when it happens we`ll discuss it.

You're not a coach, you're a guy posting on a message board.

Cruz realizes the replacement officials have to get adjusted to the speed of an N.F.L. game. Still, he fears that, in hopes of not being the difference in the outcome of games, the new officials might not throw as many flags as usual, leaving the players less protected.

:mjpls:

Someone tell the New York Times writer that he isn't a coach. :heh:

Threads like these are one of the many reasons why I sometimes hate talking football in here. Some cats clearly talk for the sake of talking and have never played the game to know any better.

I saw a ref spot the ball on a college hashmark in yesterday's Cowboys/Raiders game. Romo had to point it out to him and he moved the ball in.

:damn:

:damn:
:snoop:

I was disgusted at the missed calls in the Giants game and then the end of the game just sealed the deal:

:12 left, Giants down with the ball...our QB completes a pass while beyond the line of scrimmage and there were :02 left 5 yard penalty and a 10 second run off right? So the game should be over.

Nooooooooo....these dudes went to the reply booth and were confused as fukk...it took about 10 minutes for them to let the Giants run another play with :02 left to end the game. I was sitting there like :noah:
