Looks like a pre-planned meeting Jay stumbled upon maybe on his way to another meeting so he stopped in to show respect..Cass was giving the gist of the meeting and Jay kept it moving..

why would he stay for a marketing meeting he wasn't prepared to discuss they'd waste so much time trying to get Jay up to speed ....jay has people to do that for him (brief him on things at roc nation) each morning ..so he'll find out what happened in that meeting another time...
