Notice on bigger headphones some of the beats are a bit muffled and the mix isn't that good, some beats are more poslished. It's a good album though.
Imagine if he got his music mixed by the same person that does Vado’s music.. like listen to Banks on this compared to anything he’s released on his own and this is basically a Banks record

That's the one issue with his albums, they need to polished up a bit more but this one is a start. The production ain't bad, it just needs to be a bit cleaner. I noticed it today with some big headphones.

I agree with a lot of the criticism of these albums, but COTI 3 is a good project. Truthfully I'm just happy one my favorite artists is still making music - it's dope!

This project is aight. I like Banks more on those soulful type beats, like his Soul Food freestyle, that was hot.

Also, as some said, the mix/ mastering isn't that great. Idk if these dudes don't mix their shyt in a professional studio or at home on their laptop, but it doesn't sound professional.

Someone of Banks' stature should be recording and mixing their stuff in a professional studio

COTI 3 Being Mixed now by Pat @Tunez

Banks: The first one was recorded in Queens, you know, as I was back and forth with Queens and Long Island. The second one was like Long Island and Manhattan, and then the third one was all in Manhattan

Listened to this on a run this morning and the mixing quality is his best in years. These tracks sound great.

Don't know what songs stood out as I couldn't see their names as they played but as a body of work I enjoyed this alot more than COTI 2. That "Daddys Little Girl" is top tier Banks. The Vado features were well placed as well.

Need to keep this in rotation for a minute.

Only problem I have with some of banks beats is they can be super repetitive. Just the same 4 bar loop over and over. And he really shines over beats that are more musical and soulful. That's why "showers" is easily the best song on the album. The beat is beautiful and it inspired him to get more introspective. We already know he got bars. When banks gets deep he's at his best.

I was just gonna say from the middle to the end there’s a lot of subtle voice sample beats

Still best produced project I’ve heard him drop in a while since he refuses to work with the producers we wanna see him with

This lyrics are hard. He’s turned more into a quotable with a message type rapper but he has more punches on this than the other 2

I wish the vocals were a little louder on LSD
