it's FNO 2 if you like that dust outdated ny sound you'll like thisBrehs....don't play with my emotions. Is this good? I'm going to download when I get home but I loved CC2 & FNO. Will I enjoy or be disappointed by this tape?
he picked up where he left off. It's Banks...he knows what his fans want and he gives us that.Brehs....don't play with my emotions. Is this good? I'm going to download when I get home but I loved CC2 & FNO. Will I enjoy or be disappointed by this tape?

I wish i could big homieGotta get that trap shyt out of your system
If you liked CC2 and FNO---this is right up your alley. It's mostly the same producers, same dark vibe, and the rapping is great.Brehs....don't play with my emotions. Is this good? I'm going to download when I get home but I loved CC2 & FNO. Will I enjoy or be disappointed by this tape?
I know what you mean. But I do like the mellow beats more than the live ones for his style. I'd like to hear him over a few more warmer soul sample type beats too. There are a lot of dark synths and melancholy piano keys on a lot of his beats now.
Then obviously the Araab Muzik beats have the screaming and shyt going on in them.
Bangers from Alchemist is still one of my favorite Banks joints, because it was dark and sinister but still had a warm little bounce to it.
As long as he's going over dark beats though, I think some Banks and Sid Roams joints would be incredible. Imagine Banks over some of these.
I realize most of these beats are taken.
That's one of my favorites.
EDIT: fukk I'm stupid. I thought you said it's your least favorite.
Unless my ears are off, I think HH2 is shorter than FNO, which is cool. I agree that the sound does start to get the same. This is exactly what I mean. ALC, Sid Roams, and Havoc can create those dark/ominous beats without sounding old, dusty, and boring. Most of HH2's tracks sounds like FNO, which was alright but would still put you to sleep.
yeah he dont really do that no moreSo does Banks even really do the punchline style anymore? I know he has metaphors and stuff, but the Jadakiss, Fabolous, insert punchline rapper here style seems to be entirely gone, right?
Musically it was a good decision. I like punchlines as much as anyone but I think this makes more better songs. I still loved HFM though.
