There's this saying... the one that goes "the dumbest people in the courtroom are the jury" and it's usually true. For the most part they are the average citizen with average intelligence. Often times worse than that. So the PowerPoint is just the perfect way to go. It's easy as hell to follow along. Let the defendant's own words sink in.

Actually I've given the defense a ton of credit. I am not a big fan of either O'Mara or West but I think they've both done a stellar job after a shaky opening. I don't have any real gripe with them. They can go home and live life and I'm cool with that. Only person I want fried is GZ..
