The news that came out today about a lot of folks in the FBI sympathizing with the Jan 6 rioters is some wild stuff.
I suspected this for a long time, but it's been confirmed. A large portion of folks in these agencies were radicalized by Trump. That could explain why no charges have come down. Garland is probably surrounded by them.

I don't even think they were radicalized by him. They just realized they had cover for the first time in a while. As long as there's a bigger fish, those FBI folks can always cut deals and plea out if it ever comes to that. And there'll never be a bigger fish than a former president.
