the real cost increases are with hazmat items like cologne, paint, nail polish, lithium batteries, ammo, anything in an aerosol can, etc.... it's either gotta ship ground thru canada where you'll get bent over by customs, or ride the slow boat from cali/washington... and if you can't afford a conex full of stuff for yourself, you're gonna be waiting until your freight forwarder can fill one up
