All in what you want your te to do, Loveland is a wr in a te body, Warren is a really athletic te Loveland can stretch the field vertically
I trust Ben Johnsons evalu here on TEs. Im seeing from people who broke down the tape saying Loveland could arguably be considered the better blocker TODAY, as well as having much more upside in passing game as a weapon. I wasnt thrilled about going TE period, but I like going Loveland vs Warren based on what Ive read on these two.

There was a segment on ESPN a few weeks back that broke down how little Loveland was involved in his teams play calling, compared to the other top 5 TE's in this draft. shyt was mind boggling.. but in the grand scheme of things made sense, considering the offense he was in at UM.

But the Coli likes its numbers.. so Loveland's a bum here. :francis:

it sounds like the Bears werent the only team that had him TE1

its pretty easy to see how Ben Johnson will use him, look no further than Laporta in DET

In the year of our Lord 2025, a team is really telling their fanbase, "ayo hear me out, we draft more O-Line to give Justin Fields all the time in the world to see if he can find an open Allan Lazard and Jeremy Ruckert."

Membou's not a bad pick for them and fills a need, but if the Jets don't draft a TE in round 2, they might as well not even try to address it. That franchise doesn't believe in offense,

The draft has depth at WR and TE. That depth did not exist on the OL where it exists at WR/TE.

They are set up to be a run-first offense anyway. I understand why they did it.
