Good fukking fight. Aldo giving him bars.

Anderson has better (much better) footwork, moves at a much higher speed. Anderson has fought stronger dudes as well. They're not in the same class at all, disrespectful comparison

Breh, Silva is 40. He will be fighting a guy whos faster, elusive and wont stand with him. What wrestler has Silva fought at 205? He will be on his back against Davis

I had at 48-47 Aldo, but would not be mad at 49-46 Aldo. It was a good fight, but not like the end all be all. I am sure people will over play things like the punch after the bell an deye pokes both of which I feel did not change the course of the fight.

The next question is who really believes McGreggor stands a chance with Aldo?

@Master Teacher does. It will be a good fight. Mcgregor is definitely one of the better combo strikers and has good footwork. But his defense is pathetic in the sense he tries to block literally everything with a counter. And his stance is rip for leg kicks

i don't think he can beat aldo at this point. i don't think he'd beat mendes either...or swanson or maybe even edgar.

I do. He has a slight range advantage and throws very quick straight punches. Problem is his stance could get him leg kicked to death. He has a chance tho.

Really, what's up with yall and this wrestler shyt :why: Yall really act like folks gotta beat cookie cutter ass wrestling nikkas to get credit as if most of them ain't mid-tier gatekeepers themselves. (Davis included) Silva been beating up wrestlers his whole career, but none of those count cause they ain't LHW? :mjlol: As if Silva hasn't out-muscled and tooled LHWs before.

As for the rest of the shyt you wrote.....I'mma just let you cook. You really let yourself type the word "elusive" and "faster" referring to Phil Davis over the sharpest and one of the top 5 most elusive fighters in UFC HISTORY:what:. I know you doubting him cause he old but damn. nikkas always gotta take it to that next level:why: I'm bout to load up Davis vs Rumble right now, wasn't shyt elusive about that

That was one hell of a fight, FOTY frontrunner imo. It made up for the rest of the card. The bar went from :snooze: before the main event to :ohlawd::krs:

Amazing performance from both fighters. :salute:I was rooting for Aldo, but at the end of the fight was cheering for both dudes. :wow:
WEC Aldo made his long awaited return. :mjcry:

Either fighter would give Conor that work.

Aldo and Mendes would both decisively beat Conor.

Nobody is saying he has to get credit for anything. Yes, Davis is a gatekeeper who will never be champion because of his poor striking. Beating up wresters his whole career? Breh, Silva has always struggled with wrestlers. Lost a round against Hendo. Got completely throttled in the first Chael fight. Weidman had no problem taking him down. So an actually legit wrestler at 205 wouldn't smother him? Hes fought slow ass, nonathletic LHW. Davis at this point is probably more faster and elusive on the feet. He doesn't get hit often and gets out the way of most strikes. He won't stand with Silva and he could get him down easily.
