How long you think they were working on this album?. They talked about doing a new one after the reunion show but didn't announce it until May. Seems like it came quick but they could have been working on it for a bit.

My usual sources I can get info from have been fukking quiet as a mouse on this one. I haven’t got not one detail about this album. I pried about whether 9th produced anything and got hit with a total blank face. No hint either way.
The only thing I know is Khrysis is 100% on it and I’m 99% sure Nottz is on it.
I have a hunch that Evidence and Apollo Brown are on it as well. I know Phonte and Alchemist linked, but that may not even be LB related, and was less than 2 weeks ago. So I doubt they made anything in time for this.
But the Khrysis piece is the only piece that I’d put any actual money on.
EDIT: Twitter’s always good for clues. Apollo nor Alc have tweeted about it, and they usually tweet things they’re a part of, so safe to say they aren’t on there. But be on the lookout for Phonte on (at least) Yacht Rock 3 whether Alchemist drops that.

Is he trying to make us think he’s not on there? I don’t know what to think. I tell you what. If he ain’t on here it’s the most WTF thing ever. Since the breakup he’s produced on Phonte and Pooh solo projects, and Pooh and Phonte have both been on 9th’s Jamla projects. How the hell can these 3 brothers not get at least one track together on a moment this big?!

I guess I agree? I dunno. Functionally dude bowed out of the group 6 months after The Listening dropped. If you pay attention he never talks about The Minstrel Show and wasn’t even there when it was recorded. IMHO he “made the beats” for the album but didn’t “produce” that album.It's not Little Brother without 9th
And the only post-9th little brother project I didn’t really like was Leftback, and even that had some fire (Tigallo for Dolo, Curtain Call, Revenge, 24, and Go Off Go On).
But I totally get anyone that doesn’t think it’s LB without 9th.

You should listen to the mix tape they did with DJ drama called separate but equal. It dropped right after the minstrel show. And if you like that I would listen to getback. Those are their two best projects after the minstrel show
