You can't undo it you either succumb to it
Make the adjustment or just become numb to it:unimpressed:
Looking over your life like "what have I done" to it
Knowing your bloodline is the river that runs through it:francis:
My sons look at me these days and think I'm certified
Preparing them for a world they'll be deserted by, :mjcry:internalize
Black Man if you get a teaspoon of compassion, that's more than double the serving size:wow:
I get impatient, sh*t is taking too long
They don't get it, I really lived it, you can say what you want
'Cause by the time you realize that your father was right..
You'll probably have your own son telling you that you wrong:sadcam:
But be his ride or die, even if you two ain't seein' eye to eye
Teach him how to throw a punch, ride a bike, tie a tie:blessed:
Hold on to 'em while you can, this is just what I advise:sas2:

I'm ready :wow:

Only LB album I never heard was Get Back, is that worth checking out?
Yes it is. It's slept on because 9th only had 1 beat on there, but it's a short album (11 joints before bonus tracks) with no skits, and production from Hi-Tek, Nottz, Khrysis, Illmind, Mr. Porter, and others. It's a dope album.

My favorite songs if you don't feel like listening to the whole thing are Dreams, Extra Hard, That Ain't Love, Step It Up, and Can't Win for Losing.

:wow:Cry No More is arguably the most powerful song of 2018.

Fun piece of trivia (@old boy ). At first Phonte had Expensive Genes/Cry No More as the track name, as an homage to A Million and One Questions/Rhyme No More by Jay. After sitting on it for a minute, he decided that Cry No More was too powerful a song to not have its own track.

But he set them back to back, and if you listen to them on a playlist it's very clear they were originally intended as one song. And fun fact #2...2018 saw another rapper make an homage to Jay's Million and One, when Benny dropped '97 Hov.

I’d bet dollars to doughnuts that if 9th produced anything on here, it’s gonna feature Rapsody... :ld:
I have no idea what to think...

But I'm a post the 2 joints Rapsody and Phonte have spit on together over a 9th track just because. I set them to start at Tay's verse but you can peep the whole thing if you like.
:manny: Oh and the 2nd joint here is one of the beats 9th played for Jay.
