Bret mentioned on the WWE A&E biography they did on him that he was cheating on his wife on the road in the early 90's. Never heard it was hookers though because everyone mentioned HitGOAT had attractive women cheering for him in the crowds, so I just assumed it was ring rats or random women at bars. I remember Julie said Bret favored wrestling over his family, but they seem to have reconciled and have a decent relationship now. Bret is also pretty active in his kids/grandkids lives too now based on his social media.
