Most of those laws are redundant. What's the difference between being convicted of an offense and committing an offense?
Whats sad is that I have to keep reminding people that these laws are only in place BECAUSE of colonialism. The Prime Minister and Queen of the UK (at the time) both apologized for anti-gay laws in former colonies.
